Throughout the Year, International World Slam Champion winner Kat Francois holds her twice-monthly events: the Poetry Slam competition "WORD UP!", as well as her Open Mic poetry night "Word-4-Word" at the Theatre Royal Bar in Stratford.

Her energetic and quick-witted hosting style is not to be missed and adds to the lively atmosphere of the night. There is a bar and a restaurant serving up Caribbean food, so you can come down, get a drink, grab a munch and listen to some great Poetry!
